About Us
Matt Murphy’s Pharmacy Macroom is a family run Pharmacy practice and business spanning three generations located in the Square and Main street of Macroom town centre. We pride ourselves on delivering a complete pharmacy service in a confidential and friendly environment. Together with our team of Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants we offer free healthcare information and advice. Our highly trained team are on hand to deal with any query regarding health, medication, wellbeing or general advice.
At Matt Murphy’s Pharmacy Macroom offer a complete prescription dispensing service including
Medical Card, Dental Schemes, Drug Refund Schemes, Drug Payment Schemes, Long term illness and health amendment act. In addition, we offer a large range of blister pack solution for patients unable to manage their own medication.
For patients who are housebound we offer a prescription delivery service.
In addition we have an extensive range of veterinary products for small and large animals.
There is an extensive mother and baby department with brands such as Avent, Tommee Tippee, Nuk, Dr Browns & Clevamama.
Skincare ranges include La Roche Posay, MooGoo, Vichy, Nuxe and the Body Shop.
Make up brands include Isa Dora, Bourjois, Rimmel and No7.
We are delighted to be exclusive stockists of Moo Goo natural skincare, for sensitive skin, psoriasis, eczema and infants.
All of our staff are trained in measurement and fitting of compression Hosiery for both below knee, thigh length and full tights.
The measurement is done in our Patient Consultation Room.

Sunday Pharmacy Service is from 11am to 4pm from our sister store, Railway View Pharmacy located down across the car park from Dunnes Stores – ample parking.
